Pack the right things for your ski trip

Packing for a ski holiday can be challenging. So many things but so little space and many items are quite bulky. A normal flight ticket gives you the right to bring 20 kg but most low-cost airlines charge you extra for any luggage.

If you travel with a regular airline such as British Airways, KLM or Air France, you need to reserve space for your ski or snowboard equipment in advance. You will normally pay an additional, fixed fee for this. Sometimes you can fit two pairs of skis into one carrying case.
